Hirafu Village

Niseko's hub is called Hirafu Village. It is the main ski base for the 4 resorts located at the bottom of the Quad and Gondola on Niseko Grand Hirafu Resort.

The cosy Hirafu ski village has something for everyone, with over 50 bars and restaurants including sashimi, modern Australian, Irish, Mexican, Italian and quirky bars and cafes the region offers a great choice and a memorable Japanese experience. Try the newest dining experience at The Vale Bar & Grill located in The Vale Niseko offering breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, après drinks or just a coffee all set in a ski in ski out location.

In addition to the centrally located Seicomart and Lawsons convenience stores there are a variety of souvenir shops, Internet cafes and ski/board rental /repair shops and retail outlets.

A must for every visitor is a visit to an onsen - each one is different so don’t limit yourself to just one. Hirafu’s newest onsen is located in Nisade's new luxury accommodation The Vale Niseko. This traditional Japanese mineral rich natural springs provides both an indoor and outdoor bath separate for men and women) along with an outdoor heating swimming pool. Not to be missed, it is a great way to soak away your ski aches and watch the snow fall over the ski run.

A great combination of village atmosphere and the beautiful surrounding scenery makes Niseko unique in the skiing world.
